Villa Utopia was created as an expression of our love and attachment to the beautiful island of Ugljan. Ugljan is an island located in the Zadar archipelago. Because of the rich Mediterranean vegetation (olives, vineyards) the island of Ugljan is known as the "Green Island".

Due to its close proximity to Telašćica Nature Park, the island of Pašmanu and the city of Zadar, the island of Ugljan is a perfect place to spend your vacation. Rich in numerous monuments and ancient remains from Greek and Roman times, Ugljan is an unforgettable place for any art and history lover. Adrenaline lovers can hike, hike and bike along picturesque paths through villages and forests. You can always hire a boat to reach otherwise inaccessible hidden coves and sandy beaches.

As our guests, we would like to convey these feelings to you, but also the feeling of our family connection and love that we needed in order to carefully build and design Villa Utopia ourselves and offer you and your loved ones the feeling and comfort you deserve for a relaxing and an unforgettable vacation.

The original stone house was built in 1929 and in 2023 it was completely renovated in a contemporary style of construction, and offers its guests 400 m2 of living space, on a 2200 m2 property, within a completely fenced plot, which guarantees a vacation in complete privacy.

The interior of this beautiful stone villa represents a successful combination of traditional and modern elements, creating a desirable and pleasant ambience that you will surely enjoy.

The villa can accommodate a maximum of 14 people who will be comfortably accommodated in 5 bedrooms.

There are double beds in 4 bedrooms, while in one room there are 2 bunk beds and in the living room there is a large sofa bed. 3 bedrooms have a bathroom with a shower, while 2 bedrooms share one common bathroom. The villa also has 2 separate toilets and a separate shower next to the sauna and an outdoor solar shower next to the pool. The villa is fully air-conditioned and has underfloor heating, so it is also suitable for staying in winter days.

The exterior of this beautiful stone villa is surrounded by olive trees and exudes fragrant Mediterranean greenery and medicinal herbs. The villa has an outdoor terrace with a stone grill and a dining table where you can enjoy a meal and a glass of local wine in the company of family and friends. The villa also has a 4x8m swimming pool, 1.5 meters deep. Next to the swimming pool there is a sunbathing area with 7 deckchairs where you can relax your body and soul while resting and soaking up the warm rays of the sun. Jacuzzis and a sauna will help you relax even more.

Vila Utopia also offers numerous entertainment facilities especially for children.

There is a basketball and soccer field, a tennis table, a trampoline, a children's park (slide, swings and a climbing frame), a play station room with a playroom. We wanted each member of the family to find their own place for rest and leisure.

There are 8 private parking spaces in the courtyard of the villa.

Villa Utopija is located only 1200 m from the sea, in the immediate vicinity of the well-maintained beach and the center of the town, where there is a night club and beach bar for those who want to have fun. Villa Utopia was built and designed with the aim of providing you, your family and friends with an unforgettable vacation with countless opportunities for relaxation and fun, depending on your needs.
